The mission of this neighborhood group is to bring our residents together
in a joint effort to improve our surroundings, make it safe for our families and children, and bring back vitality to an aging
neighborhood. Become a volunteer!

MEETINGS:
1/7/10: At 7:00 p.m., there will be a meeting of the Dale City Civic Association to be held at the Birchdale Recreation Center, 14730 Birchdale Avenue.
1/9/10: At 10:00 a.m., a Glendale
Community Group meeting will be held at the Hillendale Volunteer Fire Department, 13511 Hillendale Drive.
Contact gcgsecretary@yahoo.com to confirm meeting space. There will not be a December meeting.
2/6/10: "2010 Neighborhood
Conference". Mark your calendars for this annual event that brings together neighborhoods from across the county.
Special classes for HOA/condo communities and neighborhood groups.
Stay tuned, more info to come later!
3/8/10: At 7:30 pm, there will be a Crime Prevention Council's General Meeting at the
Board of County Supervisors Chamber, McCoart Building. The public is invited.
